MK Care Ltd is a care organization that provides high quality Home Care in Milton Keynes and its surroundings. We deliver the highest standard and quality of personal care and support to Service Users living in their own homes with respect, dignity and independence. To achieve this, MK Care Ltd offers Service Users a variety of care and support packages to meet their specific requirements. MK Care Ltd is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

We’ll support you in maintaining your relationships with friends and family and help you stay active in your community. If it’s part of your Care Plan, we can assist you with visiting shops, attending social events, or going to places of interest that matter to you.

Activities

We understand how crucial it is to stay engaged in the activities you enjoy. That’s why we actively encourage our clients to continue their social activities and hobbies. Together, we’ll determine the level of support you need as part of your Care Plan. Your Care Plan will also capture your life story, social connections, and personal preferences, ensuring that your favorite activities are a part of your daily life.

Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. We respect your personal space and ensure that your information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Any discussions about your care will be conducted privately and only to improve your service.

We securely design, store, and manage your records following the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018. We’ll also ensure your Care Plan is kept in a safe place within your home, so our team can access it easily when they visit.

Dignity

Your dignity is extremely important to us. All our staff are trained to treat you with the utmost respect at all times.

We’ll ask how you prefer to be addressed, and this will be noted in your Care Plan and used by all staff members.
